HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will need your tracking number from your email confirmation we have sent you. You can use this number to track your order via the relevant courier websites:

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/ORDER

Please contact customerservice@theantilife.com include your order number and our Customer Care team will be very happy to put this right for you.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER?

You will need to contact us immediately after placing the order and we will do everything we can to amend your order.  We are sorry but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order.  We generally process all orders within 1-6 hours and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE TELEPHONE?

Currently not, but we will be introducing this option soon.

RETURNS UK

You can return your item within 28 days as long as the item has not been washed or worn and has all original labels attached.  Please make sure you give all the correct information when filling this form out to ensure a smooth process.

To refund or exchange your item(s) just follow the steps below:

  1. Fill out the returns and exchange form on the back of your delivery note, following all steps.
  2. Send your item back to: The Anti Life Returns, Osborne Works, 4a Rutland Way, Sheffield, S3 8DG
  3. Once we receive the package we will process your request and you will receive an email notifying you.
  4. If you have requested an exchange and the item is out of stock then a refund will be issued instead.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

  • All products are inspected when they return back to our warehouse. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will send this back to you. 
  • Underwear and swimwear that does not have a hygiene strip in the garment is none returnable.
  • Pierced jewellery is none returnable due to hygiene reasons.

I HAVE LOST MY RETURNS SHEET WHAT DO I DO?

Not a problem, email contact@theantilife.com requesting a new one & we will email a new returns form for you to print off.

Please fill out the following sections on the sheet:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • E-mail address
  • Order Number
  • Refund or Exchange

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

Exchanges

  • Once we have received your return we will process this within 1-2 business days and your exchange will be shipped out to you. You package will be sent out to you on our standard delivery service. See delivery info here.
  • You will receive an email with your new order number and confirmation that your new order has been despatched.

Refund

  • Once your order has been received at our warehouse we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. Your refund may take up to 5-7 business days after to show in your account, this is dependant on your issuing bank and we have no control over

I CANT LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT?

If you are having trouble with your account email customerservice@theantilife.com Please explain your situation and our customer care team will do their best to help you out.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

Please email customerservice@theantilife.com with the current email address linked to your account and the email address that you would like to change it to and we will change this on your account for you.
